Schedule: 14 Days On / 14 Days Off | 12-Hour Shifts
Travel Pay: $1,850 Per Hitch
Additional Compensation: $400/day miscellaneous expense allowance + IRS mileage reimbursement
Personal vehicle required Position Summary Seeking an experienced Wellsite Drilling Supervisor to provide onsite oversight of exploratory and development drilling operations. This role is responsible for the safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution of drilling programs while coordinating rig personnel, contractors, and service companies.
Candidates with experience as a Company Man, Wellsite Supervisor, Drilling Supervisor, Drill Site Supervisor, Drilling Superintendent, or Drilling Consultant are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities - Provide onsite oversight of exploratory and development wells.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Execute drilling programs safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Manage drilling operations and respond to critical operational situations.
- Coordinate and oversee drilling contractors and service companies.
- Monitor operational costs and drilling performance.
- Maintain daily reports, records, and drilling documentation.
- Communicate effectively between field operations and office personnel.
- Review and optimize drilling programs, procedures, and operational practices.
- Support permitting, emergency response, and preparedness activities.
Qualifications - 15+ years of drilling operations experience.
- Experience as a Company Man, Wellsite Supervisor, Drilling Supervisor, Drill Site Supervisor, Drilling Superintendent, or Drilling Consultant.
- Experience overseeing exploratory and development wells.
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience managing contractors and service companies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work a 14/14 rotation and 12-hour shifts.
- IADC Well Control certification required
