Pallet Builder

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Pallet Builder for a company in Darien, WI. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

Wage: $16/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm

Pallet Builder Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures
• Build pallets using provided tools, wood components, and proper process and procedure
• Work effectively within a diverse team environment
• Perform sanitation "clean as you go" and good housekeeping practices and end of shift clean-up
• Will be trained on the use of the following tools in order to build: nail gun, hammer, table saw, radial arm saw, and pallet notcher

Pallet Builder Requirements:

Able to read basic construction blueprints

Able to read a tape measure

Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising quality

Able to do repetitive bending, twisting, leaning, lifting, walking, and stretching

Able to lift an average of 30 pounds consistently throughout duration of shift, can be up to 50 pounds with help

Good attendance during contract period

Able to work well with diverse team members
