As a Distribution Center Lead at Jacent Strategic Merchandising, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations supporting national retail merchandising programs. You’ll supervise associates, manage inventory accuracy, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to field teams and retail partners. In this execution-focused role, you’ll use WMS tools and data to monitor KPIs, improve safety, quality, and productivity, and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment. You’ll collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, and merchandising teams to support planograms, promotional resets, and category management initiatives in a fast-paced environment, while modeling accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
