Warehouse Supervisor, Victorville, CA

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and material movement. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment while maintaining inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and team leads through training, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards, PPE requirements, company policies, OSHA regulations, and all safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and inventory control processes.
• Monitor and communicate key performance metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, and service.
• Manage workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and labor utilization to meet operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and facilities are properly maintained and inspected.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Total Rewards:

$55,700 - $86,000 Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and warehouse best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Union Environment
